Nadine Howell is a Certified Natural Therapist and has travelled extensively in Europe, USA, and Asia over the past 16 years studying the healing arts of traditional Thai Massage, Thai Acupressure, Osteo-Thai Massage, Tok Sen, Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, Sound Therapy, Chakra Therapy, and Chi Nei Tsang (an ancient system for detoxifying and rejuvenating the internal organs and emotional release). Nadine has developed her own unique style of treatment incorporating several different forms of the healing arts.
Osteo-Thai Massage
Osteo-Thai combines Traditional Thai massage’s Varied and powerful stretches, using long leverage techniques across muscle groups (inspired by yoga postures), and acupressure work on energy lines - Osteopathy principles release tissue tension and work on structural and joint mobility.
This treatment is performed in loose fitting clothing on a soothing infrared heated amethyst crystal floor mat.
Therapeutic Oil Massage
Therapeutic Oil massage involves long kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints promoting lymphatic drainage and receiving muscle tension.
Hot Stone Massage
A customized massage using smooth heated stones placed on key areas of the body and incorporated into massage strokes to relieve stiffness and tension and promote deep relaxation of the muscles and mind.
Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique using little or no touch delivering energy to your body, improving the flow of balance of your energy to support healing, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and lessen pain.
