Originally from Newfoundland, Jen completed her Masters of Art Therapy at Concordia University in Montreal, and then relocated back to the East Coast, to rural Cape Breton.

Jen loves art, the beach and making connections with friends and family.  She is super happy to be a part of the team!

You will find Jen at the Front Desk, to welcome you and say hello and help with any questions that you may have. 

In the near future Jen will also start accepting clients for art therapy sessions. 

Jen’s passion is to help people unlock their creative potential to help them heal.  This could mean using art to understand your personal symbols, self- care through art, processing life experiences through art (grief, divorce, etc) and much more.  Jen will work with you to create a personalized program that will give you tools to use art for healing throughout your life.
